Through using our pricing software (Bolster Built), we can get you the most accurate price that it will take for you to build your dream home. You can change your finish levels (silver, gold, and platinum) to suit your budgetary needs. When you are happy with your price, we meet up to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

We will begin the build process keeping you closely attune to decisions and choices made during the build. This is where open and honest conversation is vital.

Once the final bills are paid, and permits are given, you are given the keys to your beautiful home and get to move in!

We provide a builders warranty with each project and we will go over it with you in detail at the start of the project.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured and documentation is available upon request. Larger commercial projects may require different coverage depending on the scope of work and budget. These extra insurance policies are purchased on a project by project basis.

Custom home builds typically take 10-12 months, but larger or more complex projects may require additional time. Factors such as extra outbuildings or inclement weather may also extend the timeline. Fortunately, our moderate climate allows us to build your dream home year-round, no matter the season.

Yes, we do. We have a great working relationship with Air Tight Solutions. They provide us with the energy modelling, and testing required to have your home as energy efficient as the budget allows. This can be from very inexpensive energy saving ideas that we can discuss with you, or right up to building Passive & Net Zero Homes.

When it comes to custom homes, the homeowner is typically responsible for applying and paying for the necessary building permit, with guidance from their designer and the city. While we can assist in this process, we do charge a consulting fee based on the scope of the project.
